With varieties of products on our platform, we understand picking the product might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate return and exchanges of hair extensions, We do not offer refunds on our hair products, but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 15 days of receiving the product , as long as your order is still in sale condition.
Human hair are hygienic products, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and/or tampered with are not eligible for an store credit or exchange
In order to exchange or return our hair product, contact us via email customerservice@afrocentricbar or text us directly on whatsapp within 15 days of receiving your order. customers are responsible for all return & exchange shipping costs to Afrocentric Hair Bar.
Exchanged and returned packages must first be received and inspected by Afrocentric Hair Bar prior to resending your exchanged hair or issuing you a store credit. Packages that have been returned to sender and are no longer wanted, will not be refunded, but issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.
If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit after subtracting the cost associated with shipping out your exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of greater value, the variance in price will be issued/emailed as an invoice including the cost associated with shipping out your exchange.
